Design Service
With the purchase of the design service, your project will be assigned to one of our qualified design agents. Once the agent goes over all your information, they will contact you for follow-up questions and to get started on the project. Initial contact from the agent will happen within 24 hours of the request being submitted, Monday through Friday. Communication will be either by email or phone. After the initial contact with the agent, they will begin working on your project based on your provided information. You will then receive a completed diagram drawing showing the irrigation layout and parts used and a complete quote for the product included in the design. Depending on the size and complexity of the design, the estimated turn around time for your completed project will be 3-5 business after your consultation with the designer.
